Return Policy
If you
are not completely satisfied with a Bluemercury.com purchase or gift for any
reason, please return it for a full refund or Bluemercury Gift Card. We regret
that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original
shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
- When you return your purchase to Bluemercury.com by mail within 30
days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for
the price of the item(s).
- If we receive your item(s) within 31-60 days of purchase date or
if they were paid with a Bluemercury Gift Card, you will receive a refund in
the form of a Bluemercury Gift Card for the price of the item(s).
- Items received more than 60 days after the purchase date may not
be returned.
Return
to Bluemercury.com by Mail
- Contact Bluemercury’s Customer Service via team@bluemercury.com or 1-800-355-6000 and
be sure to include your name, email address and your order number. Bluemercury’s Customer Service will
provide you with a return authorization number (RA Number).
- Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box (if
applicable) and Bluemercury packaging (if available, otherwise, pack your
return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit). Mark the
outside of your packaging with the RA Number provided by Bluemercury’s customer
service.
- Mail your return
via United States Postal Service (USPS) using a USPS service that is trackable,
or another trackable courier (for example, UPS or FedEx) so the shipment can be
traced should the shipment be lost. Bluemercury cannot be responsible for
return shipments not received.

- You will receive an
email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to
issue a Bluemercury Gift Card. If you are a gift recipient you will receive a
Bluemercury Gift Card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been
processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take
approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any
questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
For
Gift Returns
If you
are returning a gift and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please
call 1-800-355-6000. In this instance, you will receive a refund in the form of
a Bluemercury Gift Card.
For
Amazon.com Returns
If you
are returning an order placed on Amazon.com within 30 days of purchase date,
you will receive a full refund to your credit card. Please contact Bluemercury Customer Service via team@bluemercury.com or call 1-800-355-6000.
