Punctuality
We invite you to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, a shower, or a steam. If you are late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the treatment time.

Medical Alert
Please alert your reservationist and your therapist if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Accutane or any skincare medications or have had recent laser, plastic, or other surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

We are unable to perform any body treatments if you are pregnant.

Attire
A robe, slippers, and locker will be provided upon your arrival. Note: for self-tanning treatment, you must wear dark clothes to avoid staining of your garments.

Therapist Request
Please feel free to request a male or female therapist. Our therapists are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times.

Personal Belongings
You will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear and a locker for your personal belongings. It is best that you do not wear or bring valuables to the spa and that you keep all jewelry and valuables with you at all times.

Cancellations
Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked, we'll expect you to be there. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which
they were held.

Communication
Please communicate any expectations or concerns to your assigned therapist before and during your treatment so that he or she can target your treatment to meet your expectations.

We use products by Molton Brown, Darphin, Skinceuticals, Fresh, Bliss, Reméde, and other luxury brands in our treatments.
