Job Description

The position of Human Resources Accountant is responsible for preparing payroll and benefits administration.  Duties include ensuring that biweekly payroll deadlines are met and compensation is accurately calculated and paid. 

Experience & Other Requirements

  • Prepare, process and manage company payroll
  • Compile and audit payroll and other accounting reports
  • Perform bank reconciliation

Essential Duties

  • ADP or similar payroll processing experience
  • BS/BA finance or related
  • 1 year of experience
  • Excel skills, Peachtree, Quickbooks Pro, Pro Series
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
