usage
For a full looking lash line, lift the eyelid and press and wiggle small dots in between each individual lash.
For intense eye definition, glide the pencil across the lash line. For a more blurred eye look, smudge the line with Brush 41 Precision Smudge or Brush 54 Va Va Voom in a back and forth motion.
For a more dressed up defined eye, go over the line you created with your Intense Gel Eye Pencil and apply the Eye Definer color of your choice using Brush 11 Precise Eye Lining or Brush 50 Angled Eye Lining. For a bold line, use Brush 41 Precision Smudge or for the boldest line, use Brush 54 Va Va Voom, sweeping across the lash line.
