To define the eye and give your lashes a thicker look, lift your chin up and looking down into the mirror lift the eyelid and lashes from underneath staying tight to the lash line. Start in the middle of the lash, move outward to where your lashes end. For added definition line above lashes.

For a smoldering one step smokey eye, apply 24-Hour Eye Shadow and Liner all over lid starting in the inner corner of the eye and moving across the lash line, bringing the color up to the crease. Use a Laydown Brush or your finger to blend.
