usage
Place 2-3 drops of activator either into the cake eye liner or on your hand and dip the Flat Eye Liner Brush into the activator fluid
Use the brush to work Tightline Cake Eye Liner into a thick paste
Apply the Tightline Cake Eye Liner underneath the root of the upper lash line by wiggling the brush between individual lashes
Reapply for added intensity
