Would you recommend the Eye Brow Pencil to a friend? YES
Pros:	The best out of 100's I have tried
Cons:	None
Purchased From: Amazon Review: I finally found the best brow filler. Perfect in color & the way the pencil is angle makes it easier to apply. Now I heard complaints about sharping this pencil but I use my reg. chanel brow sharpner and have no problem. Also my brows are dark & I use color Blonde. My hair color is brown w/highlights. Try this I think you will like it!
